Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original shoe box and place them inside a shipping satchel to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized drop-off point or post office and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or credit is processed.
